Who puts Fish in Ponds?

Imagine that you are winding down at a lake and you see a kingfisher perched on a branch with a fish squirming in its beak. You take a closer look at the lake and find that the pond is teeming with fish. Some are taking shelter under rocks and rest are looking back at you. You wonder... Who puts fish in lakes? Was it the rains? Uber Pool?

Nature has its own way of propagating life. The answer lies in Birds. Water Birds love to eat fish eggs and some eggs get attached to the birds feathers. Birds could travel miles from one place to another in search of water. When landing on new water bodies the eggs are detached or are defecated. Only few eggs are needed for the fish population to flourish again. All species that have made it today have used various methods to propagate their young.
